To support the growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced

Senior Product Manager  (80-100%)

Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of the allocated product portfolio, supporting sustainable growth & competitiveness
  • Owning technical and market specifications for existing products
  • Market analysis and product positioning, gap identification vs competition & market opportunities
  • Defining new products, driving development projects with cross-functional teams till market introduction including sales training
  • Supporting sale activities and customer contacts
  • Driving innovation across whole organization 

Required Qualification

  • Master degree in electrical / electronic / mechatronic engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automation / control systems
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, able to analyze and manage business situations
  • Strong problem solving, communication skills
  • Excellent English (oral and written)

As a plus

  • German language skills
  • International experience, global mindset
  • MBA or Project Management Certification
