MetroTrans is the leading international trade fair for urban rail transport in China and is one of Asia’s most important industry platforms. It is organised by the China Association of Metros (CAMET) and takes place annually at different venues across China. In 2026, the trade fair will be held from 9 to 11 November at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Canton Fair Complex) in Guangzhou.
Since its inception in 2015, MetroTrans has developed into the largest and most influential trade fair for urban rail transit in China. It brings together transport operators, vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, system integrators, as well as public authorities and research institutions from both China and abroad. The exhibition covers the entire value chain of urban rail transport – from rolling stock, signalling and safety technology, and power supply, through digitalisation, automation and intelligent operating systems, to maintenance, infrastructure and sustainable mobility solutions.
