IoT Portal now with dashboard

The latest version of the IoT Portal for the CMS-10R messaging system offers a free beta version of a dashboard that gives you a better overview of your data and systems. • Dashboard | The new menu item Dashboard displays the position of the device and the values of the inputs and outputs in graphical form. The dashboard can be refreshed manually with the Refresh button or automatically (time steps: 10 s, 30 s, 1 m, 5 m, 15 m, 30 m, 1 h, 2 h). The data can be downloaded as a csv file in tabular form using the Export button.

• Inputs and outputs | In addition to the current status of the inputs and outputs, the total limit values, ON and OFF, as well as the minimum, maximum and average values are now displayed.

• Map | The map shows the location of the device. The position can be entered manually by entering the latitude and longitude or determined using triangulation. To display the map on the screen, location service authorisation must be enabled.

Triangulation uses the geometry formed between the device and the surrounding mobile phone masts, using time or angle measurements to calculate the position of the device on the network. To use triangulation, the device firmware must be at least 1.3.1.
